Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.
they only gave you the last for digits of the credit card because that is all they could see. support never contacts you, they never tell you about a pending ban, they never tell you to move your items
Thank you! is that website to scan for malware safe and is there any other alternative ways i could remove malware. Also if there is no malware is changing my passwords and doing all of the other steps enough to resolve the problem
