Marvel Heroes won't update

I've been through ALL the steps Steam recommends to fix the problem. Nothing has changed however. The game begins to download the new update and after 3 to 8 seconds it just stops and does nothing. Anyone else ever have this problem? Any advice?

You may want to check the Marvel Heroes forum. Also when you do a post like this you can save a lot of time by listing all the steps you have tried and also your system specs.
