CS:GO Crosshair is gone?

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled
Went through console and messed with cl_crosshairstyle, cl_crosshairsize
Sizes are not below 0
Anyone have any solutions?
(also where exactly are the cs:go files located)
*Note, When i deleted the config folder in cs:go folder, problem was not fixed

I would go to theprogam files x86>Steam>steam>games, And only the icon is available, the game files aren't popping up. Am I missing something?
