Ok, I never ever got my $10 funds from Steam for 3 months now. I've gave them nearly every information they need and they and i'm still in high ticket volumes what the hell? I don't understand why?

Go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/ and check Store Transactions, see if the purchase of Wallet Funds actually went through, or if it failed.

This is what they said

Hello,

Our records show that all funds were added to your Steam Wallet and subsequently used to purchase TF2 items.

You can view your purchase history by navigating to the “Market” page in your Steam Community profile and clicking on the "My Market History" tab. Using this information, you should be able to track your recent purchases and verify the amounts spent.

To view your current available Steam Wallet balance:
- Log in to your Steam account.
- The current available balance will be listed in the top right corner next to "[Your username]'s Account".

To add more funds to your Steam Wallet:
- Log in to your Steam account.
- Click the "[Your username]'s Account" link in the upper right hand corner to be directed to your account details.
- On the right hand side of your account details page there is a blue box that displays your current Wallet Balance.
- Directly under the Wallet Balance, there is a link to add funds to your Steam Wallet

Please follow the link below for information:

The reply from Steam even guides him to where he can view his market transactions and see what he purchased.

I've already went to market transactions. I've purchased some keys and lots of trading cards I don't see that's gonna help me. That's it. My current wallet balance is $0.03. Wait what about game transactions? Will that help me out? Because i've already looked in their.

the transaction did not fail the money was on your wallet and was used.
what more do you want?

you need to check all the dates and transactions and trade history yourself for this.

Purchasing keys and trading cards would use your 10 dollars of wallet funds. Steam support says the funds were added to your Wallet, and then used purchasing items for TF2.

he said himself the transaction did not fail so we have 2 sources on it.

Please copy and paste your market history tab and purchase history tab for the period covering the addition of the funds until now.
