CS:GO SDK not launching

I have reinstalled, verified files, set to run as admin, idk what else to do... tier0.dll and vstdlib.dll error any help ???

Right click CS2 in your library, go to properties, go to the DLC tab and check the box to install CS2 Workshop Tools to initiate the download.

already installed my guy, that doesn't include Hammer Editor.... Hammer Editor comes with the CS:GO SDK for map making in CS2...... was posted in CS2 workshop BY VALVE
