Can't Add Funds

I was using my gramma's card (she said I could, not a thief) and I put it in wrong too many times (had the security code wrong, now I know it). Steam says that it can't add the funds, try again in a minute. Its been a while, still nothing. Any help?

I've had this problem for a couple of days now when trying to add funds to my wallet, but I know my card is fine (bought a game off the sale today), meaning it could be Steam that's the problem. Submitted a ticket, but no response yet.

How long does it take for them to get back to you? I want to get Terraria while its on sale.

Well it is possible thats its the credit card company thats blocking it for security reasons. You could try using a pre paid steam card which are sold at GameStop, BestBuy, Target, Walmart, 7/11, Walgreens, and CVS Pharmacy. That would be a good way to add funds if your in a hurry.

If you are unable to get to a store than i would suggest you ask your grandma to call the credit card company to find out if there are any complications or they are blocking the transaction.

u need wait the date that it give u...until that date then u can add more funds or buy item....dont try to write security code anymore...because i think it will charge your bank money when u type wrong security code(i just guess only)
