you will need to change IP address! Billing address,Pn-no,Zip code associated with your changed IP!

there is a way .... buy Steam Redeem code (card) from retrailers....it's the easiest way!!

but it cost more than using Master Card or Visa or Web Money or sth lite like!
Ex. 1 USD =1000 Myanmar kyats....so 10 USD = 10000 kyats
Redeem card cost 10 USD card= 12000 or 12500 Kyats

where can i buy dota 2 item in yangon .. can u pls help me ..... and also if i hav a visa card..
can i buy directly from steam store .. ??

My friends told me once that u can buy d2 items at JOY ZONE in Hledan.. not sure though

Near Chevrolet car show room.. or Hledan Center.. There are some "Mate Tu" shop.. Joy zone is in the street beside those shops. Juz go in n u will c the sign board.. Its on ur right side

( Not the papar cutting one naw.. coz there are two Joy Zone)

Maybe u can find those in Joy Zone or other retailers... I don know other retailers..
