i have funds in my steam wallet and it says that my account cannot buy :/ what should i do?

When you hit buy button you'll be able to see why you can't buy anything off Community Market.

its shows there that you should buy anthing from last year??? it means that i cannot buy from market ever?? because this is my first time

You don't need to send ticket to Steam Support about this cause you can solve this by yourself just purchasing a game, also these days games are worth of 0.79 to 0.99 cents just buy any and you good to go.

EDIT: Any game or DLC will work.

but i will not buy any game.. i will buy dota 2 items... is it recommended to buy game? to purchase dota 2 items??

You need to either add (new, because I know you already have some) funds or buy a game. Then you will be able to use the Community Market in 30 days.

If you do that today, you will be able to use the market next month

If you don't, you will never ever be able to use the market

omg .. nxt month?? so i should buy any games?? then after a month i can purchase in market even if dota 2 market?

He thought you might delete your cookies/history, cause that's another reason you can't use community market but, in you case just purchase any cheap game or dlc and you go to go.

I recommend adding more funds instead, because Dota 2 is the only game you are currently interested in.

Adding $5 or $10 will do the trick; it doesn't have to be much.
