How do I purchase items with gems?
Where exactly do i go?

You can only create trading card booster packs from gems. Go to your inventory and select the gems and then 'create booster pack'. Just select the game and it'll tell you how many are required to craft the pack.

Go to market and sell one of your items and gives you 17 gems each
