Failed to connect by match start
Ok, so I have been having this problem for a while now. I have gotten banned a lot of times for leaving games and sometimes hurting team mates. However, ever since I have reached my 7 day ban, I have always tried to avoid it. Today, I was just playing a game of cs go, we were 14-6, so this was probably going to be my rank up to mg because I was working really hard and got 10 wins in a row. A few rounds later, the game disconnects me. It says that I need steam to play cs go. I restart steam and nothing happens, I try to join and join and join, but it says im offline. Thankfully, the match ended before my 3 minutes ended so I did not get a ban. I then fixed it and hopped in another match. However, while connecting it stopped working AGAIN! I couldn't reconnect because it says my steam was offline, however I could easily go on my internet, so my internet was working. I managed to kind of fix it by getting steam back online, I join cs go, and press the reconnect button. It then says "Connecting to match" or something like that. But it wouldn't reconnect. I kept trying to join but it kept trying to join. Then before I knew it, it says I was banned because I "failed to connect by match start". I know have a 7 day cooldown, it probably messed up my 10 wins in a row, and it's also the start of a long weekend for me and I can't play cs go. Is it possible to get my ban removed and get my elo back from getting banned? Thanks

Important:
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive bans are not negotiable. Steam Support cannot modify or reverse a matchmaking cooldown or ban, regardless of the circumstances under which it was issued.

Ok, I understand but they should try to fix it because this is a problem for a lot of us and it is getting us deranked and banned for no reason. It is hard to enjoy cs go when you randomly get disconnected.
