PVZ Battle For Neighborville Wont start/Launch

i bought ea play, donwloaded pvz bfn and when i try to launch it, it loads for a second and nothing happens it just goes back to launching. and i also cant play more than half of ea play games cuz a similar thing happens. or it wont download or add to library. help

Check your virus detection and fire wall, I had issues with games not starting because of this.
