Cant view all of my brothers shared games

Hi guys, this is my first time posting here. My brother and I linked both our accounts cause we both have a lot of different games. Afterwards, we noticed that he can get access to all of my games except one and I can only get access to about 5 of his many games. The games I was trying to access in his library are the Assassins Creed series but I can only play the first one. We both made sure to give access to the full library in family view but nothing has changed. I dont use steam a whole lot so I cant figure out if i did anything wrong. If I could get help resolving this problem that would be really awesome. Thank you.

Not all games can be family shared. Specifically, games that require third-party accounts or DRM cannot be family shared.

Did you check on store page to see if family share is enabled for the game you want to share?

Not any game is eligible for family share.
