Is it possible to link steam to Uplay and play steam version of owned Uplay games?

So when I bought Fallout 76 (terrible idea) on the Bethesda launcher, I linked my steam account to it and I got the steam version of Fallout 76 too. Can I do this with Uplay or Ubisoft+ games too since you can link it to steam? I want to be able to launch the game from steam while having access to the steam achievements and features that the steam version of the game has. I know I can add it as a non-steam game but that doesn't give the achievements and just launches it as the Uplay version.

Nope, it only goes one way. Uplay doesn't offer that.
