we assume you have win10/11, linux and mac has own steam forum if thats what you have go there and ask them.

But in your casae you might hope you have a issue, because if all is update and checkup do not find a issue, then could have Antivirus blocking issue or game do not work at all, not the first time demo's get issue, and you are back at contact each game support with its own game issue.

And yes, I have win10, One of the games that I tried was the KLETKA demo (it isn't a heavy game, a friend of mine that have a weaker PC was capable of starting it)
