When i told him he is a scammer he told me to "f**k off" and "I should not blame it on him when i get banned" and then also unfriended me. For Context: I did trade some things from a third-party site that did seem trustworthy and many people on the internet say is trustworthy, so i don't know what the deal is.

Oldest scam in the book, you did good in not trusting some random person.
Your mistake was trusting ANY third-party website, especially trade and gambling websites are notorious for scamming unaware victims.

I was talking about marketplace.tf if you were wondering. many people find that to be a trustworthy site. I did not even know it would trade, as i had no understanding how it would give me the items.

If you are going to play these games, please for the love of everything make your trade items PRIVATE! and you will not get these scammers ever again. Just turn it on when actually trading with real potential. People who flaunt get scammed the most.

When you suspect them of being a scammer, don't reply. Just break contact off entirely.
