I am now unable to download the game that I have already paid for and played.
Who would be responsible for this?
I am very unhappy to be locked out of something that I have already paid for.
I went to the store page and clicked the EULA from there and received the same message.
I am currently unable to install a game that I have paid for and have 33 hours of playtime in.
This needs to be resolved asap.
It's in EA, so I left to give them time to finish.
When I tried to reinstall tonight, it says "Unable to Display the EULA" and won't let me install my paid for game.
I went to their store page and it gives the same message.
This is why we fought so hard for physical media.
Being locked out of a game that you purchased years ago and played is ridiculous.
With 33.4 hrs on record on game you purchased 2 years go, I would not hold my breath waiting for refund.
Secondly the refund policy is: WITHIN two weeks of purchase AND with LESS than two hours playtime.
The refund is not two years later and with 33.4 hours.
They have posted about it on game's forum with no response yet. Posting on game's official discord server might be faster.
He went from Busy to Offline right after, so I'm not sure if he blocked me or that's just very weird timing.
While you are correct that NORMALLY it's 2 weeks and less than 2 hours.
Locking me out of a game that I have paid for is illegal, so can you tell me a better solution?
You quoted the solution.
So what happens if they ghost me. Is Steam responsible for the refund?
The fact that this is even a possibility is something that Valve assured us would never happen.
