steam support it's been 45 hours and I still haven't got a response back
my old account got deleted by steam support and they asked 1 question and each reply is normally 23-25 hours but this time they are taking 45 hours and counting, do they reply on weekends? and it was a Valve person replying not a steam support so maybe they dont work weekends? anyone got a similar

Steam support are the only people that can deal with account issues. If you are in communication with someone that is NOT using Steam Supports Ticket system they are NOT working for Valve/Steam.

If your account got deleted it's gone. Only way to have it deleted is to request it and then it gives you a month before it actually gets deleted in so if you change your mind you can cancel the deletion request

No its a pretty big issue, the person replying to the ticket... normally it says

Steam support
(name)

mine got pushed high up and the reply says

Valve
(name)

support 'locked' my account but it appears deleted to everyone

Then its locked NOT deleted. It got locked for whatever reason that you would have already been told.

Support does not “delete” accounts

Also any deletions take 30 DAYS to complete. And you're required to provide multiple forms of proof of ownership to do this.
