TF2 Server browser not working.

Hi!

The issue goes like this.
1.- TF2 starts normally.
2.- Server browser loads an incomplete list of browsers.
3.- When clicking refresh, browser doesn't show anything, if "lucky" it will show the incomplete list again.

The steam in browser doesn't work, however voice and text chat, friends, guides and achievements windows work normally.

This also disables for a moment all of my internet for a few seconds after exiting the game.

Additional information:
1.- IP is set to automatically, however DNS is set to google's one.
2.- Both Kaspersky and Windows Firewall (Even when it's disabled) have TF2 as trusted application (KSN) and inbound rules to "all" (W.Firewall)
3.- When successfully joining a server, browser and in-game browser work normally.
4.- When trying to join any server It says "Server is not responding" but after 1 or 2 minutes I join the server. (Even matchmaking MVM servers, but in this one I get kicked out with the message "connection failed after 4 retries)
5.- Item and shop sections work normally anytime.
6.- Modem UpNp is enabled (Technicolor TG582n)

Go to the console and change the value:

"clientport 27005"

to

"clientport 27006"

Hopefully that works.

Sorry to necro but did you ever fix it? I've been having the exact same problems.

Problem just disappeared after a while, as far as I remember none of my fix attempts worked
