Average Steam Ticket Response Time?
Does anyone have a rough estimation of when I should get a response, and also what they'll ask for so I can have it ready?

5 to 10 days wait time

Well, I guess my immortals hope it's sooner rather than later :/

As for what they'll ask for, surely that depends on what your ticket is regarding:twbuh:

Frankly, you should provide them with everything you can think of in the first ticket. After all, you are the one sending ticket to them—not the other way around.

We are currently experiencing high ticket volumes. To ensure your ticket is answered as quickly and efficiently as possible, please include all relevant information within a single ticket such as proof of purchase, msinfo reports and screenshots. Please note that we do not provide technical support for third party titles, please contact the associated publisher for assistance.

Mine is account hijacking :/ so I guess they'll want proof of purchase? Will the conformation ID of games do it for them because I can't exactly log on into the account in question...

The e-mails that you received immediately after purchasing will come in handy.

How many do you think would suffice? I only have 3 of my most recent purchases, which I've attatched and added to my ticket.

That should be more than enough.

After all, that's 3 more than the hijacker has!

****If you have clicked on a link to add someone as a friend, logged into a fake Steam site, or downloaded a file such as a fake steam guard file, you need to scan your computer ASAP in safe mode with malware scanners. Once you are sure your computer is clean, then change any passwords to any site that you may have entered manually. Also if you have entered any CC credentials during that period I would get a replacement on as they may be using a key logger. Good Luck!****

****If you still have access to your account as well as the hacker does, then follow these steps to put a trade/market cooldown on your account so they can't use the trade or market system***:
I'm basing that on this info from https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1047-edfm-2932 :
Recent Password Reset

If you reset your password, you will be restricted from trading and the Community Market for 5 days. If your account has not had any activity for more than 2 months, these restrictions will apply for 30 days. We do this to help protect users who lose access to their email account. Note that this does not affect password changes, only password resets.

From Me:
1. Go to "Steam" at the top left of the client.
2. Click on "Settings"
3. The first page should be the "Account" section
4. Make sure your contact e-mail is your e-mail
5. Click "Steam" again at the top left
6. Select "Change User..."
7. It will log you out of Steam and return to the log in screen where you enter your credentials
8. then there should be something along the lines of "forgot password" or "retrieve account"
9. Select that then follow the prompts and you will get an e-mail link to reset your password.

Alternatively you can turn Steamguard off then back on for a 15 day restriction if you do not regularly trade or use the market.

Welp, I realized what I did and I cant believe im that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumb. There was a "SteamValidator" i downloaded and used because I didn't think of it. And now I lost all of my Dota items that were worth anything :l What im wondering is why they could trade at all,If they were on a different IP, in presuably a different state. Now I just wait for my account back, and maybe ask if they can look at people who were recently on my friends list, because i have a good idea of who it is...

because that Steam validator uploaded your personal encrypted Steam guard files to spoof steam into thinking it was your device meaning no restriction/verification neccesary.

Yeah, I just can't believe i fell for it. I think my first thought atm was "Is this new? Maybe i won't have to use steamguard at the same computer every time I want to get on the same site."
But is there any way of veiwing friends who I have since removed?

Not that I know of.

Rule of thumb you can't be burned if you only use the client.
