i cant activate my game that i bought on G2A

hey everyone , this morning i bought Monster hunter World on g2a , and when i try to use the code i got , it tells me that ints not valid , its a 15 charcacter ( AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC ) code but steams tells me it doesnt take this kinda of format so i dont know what to do , please help

Site you are naming is co sidered grey market and you will not get help from Steam's side. Ask for refund from the seller and if you don't get it, do a chargeback.

that means you didnt get a steam key. not all keys are for steam, so double check what the key is actually for. if the key is fake, that is between you and the seller or site.

the site you use has a very well known history of bad behavior (this is why they are filtered). if you have a problem with something you bought from a 3rd party site, you take it up with that site.

Probably that site you use is selling grey licenses and grey licenses does not always work

Three hearts and I know what you are talking about. Scam website. Do a chargeback (against the three hearts store, NEVER against Steam themselves) because they stole your money.

Perhaps it is for the Epic Game Store or for the Playstation or something else. Or it is a bad key.
