after 2 game, cant find match on main acc over 10min (CS2)

with full lobby or solo, first 2 game (we find in 10sec all maps mm/premier), after that, we cant find match for over 10 min. any solution? no trust factor warning in lobby etc, all profiles are good and normal

when i change acc, we find or i find solo in 10 sec (regulary like on main for first 2 matches)
where can i contact valve and get respond, and solution for this problem..

i asked on cs2 forum, but i didnt recived any help, i know its not q about steam, its about game, but i rly need some tips:)

2.From the Steam Launcher, right-click on CS2, from the Library and select Properties from the menu. Select the Local files tab and click Verify integrity of game files... Steam will verify the game's files.

This worked for me when there were any issues with CSGO or CS2. Hope it also works for you!

nothing changed, searching for 20min+ for match, on wingman only cheaters, no trust warning about my trust factor with good accounts (with normal trust... or with anyone else, noone see trust warning about my account, also i dont see trust warning in lobby from players with yellow trust (others can see))) sooooooooo, any solution, i have this problem for 2years.. Can i somehow contact valve and get respond, already did 10 times to valve trust factor feedback, nothing changed.

You might have a really crazy ping restriction. If that's still a setting, make sure it isn't waiting to put you on a server where you have only 10 ping or something crazy low. If that isn't the issue then you can't fix that...

no, its max limited on 150, i have perfect internet and always 20-30ms on server, + i use same settings on 2nd account and never have such problem

seems to be a new thing with cs2... lot of other ppl same issue, cant find premier game but every other mode works. Has nothing to do with ping settings, server down, etc since other accounts will work fine. Seems like no known fix. Its messed up that valve wont tell you anything but you just randomly get "shadow banned". People think its because you were being toxic or something but thats pretty vague.

Low trust factor without warning for over than 3 years (without improvement)
1. No warning about my trust in lobby (no one see it, and i can queue with anyone of u just to prove that (no message about trust, long time searching for match, at least 1 cheater in enemy team))
2. I cant see warning about people with lower trust (yellow warning), but my friends can (we invited 1 random, but bcs his lower trust we decide to play without him, and whole lobby saw warning about his trust except me)
3. Searching for match sometimes for over an hour, but mostly full lobby - premier we find for 5 min or little longer
4. When i switch to another account, everything is normal, mostly 0 cheaters, find match in 20sec etc.
5. My main account have 600+ commends, 300 level, i spend over 2000$ in cs go store (in game purchasing (capsules etc)), played a lot other games etc
6. 0 bans on account
7. playing in lobby with only high trusted and good players (not cheaters)
8. Reporting cheaters every game i meet them
9. did a lot overwatch cases on cs go back in days
10. 2 blue medals and i'm rn rank 27 for 2024 medal
11. All profiles info public, or for friends only (like friend list or total playtime)
12. Have 600+ commends (legit commends from other players from dm/mm etc)
13. Contacted valve support via mail several times (trust-factof feedback), steam support, even tried to contact valve moderators trough steam, but they declined friend request.
14. Still playing like that, trying to not write or be toxic to cheaters, and to not be reported etc, but sometimes normally i'm pissed of, and i write some bad stuff, like, idiot boosting his friends with cheat, we all reported u etc.

So, nothing is changed, i have same problem, and everything is same, i didn't notice improvement for all this 3 years of playing, my match experience is poor, my trust factor looks stuck, and no one from support wants to check it or answer on any of my mails, or do something about it. Playing like that is pointless, goals to get higher rank, have fun with friends, learn and play this game better are impossible, when u search for match for over than 10 minutes and meet cheaters with full aimbot wallhack and all other cheats in every next match.

This is actually ridiculous, I have been searching for a prem match for over 2.5 hours and still nothing, not even a potential map. I was so close to removing the game because I can’t find matches but then 2 days ago I got a match and then the whole day I was playing. Problem is that ever since then, I’ve been struggling to find games again. Surely it can’t be because I don’t have a rank yet otherwise there would a be so many more players complaining like me in my region yet everyone else says they queue for 2 - 5 minutes and bam, they play a game while I stare at my screen and wait. This is shameful and disrespectful to the players who supported the franchise before the release of CS2. And no it isn’t a max acceptable ping issue because I’m set to unlimited and have been trying to play ever since release so I can’t agree with the trust factor suggestions that have been floating about either. Just hella disappointed at this point.

maybe try to invite people from looking to play. with a party it should be faster and will also help with trust factor etc.
