No there is not.
So I want find way to do that not just for my self, and for some friends,
If steam have this option, maybe will help more streamer or famous people to protect there friend invite list, no need to clean them.
However, you can tell them what you did. Ask them to use a name (even in their language) that lots of ppl also use. Not a perfect barrier to privacy but it's better than nothing.
The most you can do if you are a streamer is to either go offline in friends and chat or invisible and people watching you can not see your profile name displayed in the client. It will just say Profile at the top instead. Similarly, it removes your profile name from between your notification icon and wallet balance. This does not prevent people from seeing your in game name which might also be your profile name, depending on the game.
I think steam need this, I make a post in suggestions area, don't know they will read or not.
I highly doubt it will be a thing.
People have been asking for over a decade and the most we've got was the last bit I mentioned above and that was added last year.
