Meaning it's done case-to-case basis if you fall outside the given limits. Submit a refund request and if they say no then no.
You can try, but they might deny it. I've seen other people say theirs was approved with about 2.1 or 2.2 hours played.
EDIT..Sorry, you said you maybe would be doing this in the 24 hours of purchase, if I understood what you are trying to do above...
