Recovering Account

I need help. how can I recover my old account? I still have the username and password and I do have access to the e-mail but unfortunately I lost my phone with the steam guard authenticator (and I’m not sure if I still have the recovery code that starts with R) Is there any way that I can recover that? Thanks! I tried recovering it through web and it says the account provided is locked please contact support. I tried sending e-mail to [e-mail] but it says to direct to website since their e-mail is unmonitored now. Thank you in advance!

Make sure to log out of any Steam account. Ticket system is the only way to contact support.
