All my collections are gone...

Why did this happen? I carefully listed every game for a reason so I could have them organized and they have never dissapeared from those boxes once even if I reinstalled windows 10 or used another OS and now all of a sudden its gone.

Same problem but not all my collections are gone. A few remain but do not have the correct number of games in them anymore. So what i'm left with is broken as well.

Don't even know where to begin with 'fixing' it. Given they worked yesterday and are broken today, not sure if waiting for a fix is the remedy. Or whether i will have to spend hours upon hours trying to recreate the 'Shelf' / 'Collections' i had previously.

That sucks. Dang, I certainly wouldn't like it if my neatly organised library would suddenly be "poof, all uncategorised, muahahahaha".

Switched from Win10 to Win11 today. Made a fresh install, and now all my Collections are gone aswell.They still do exist on My Deck though. Hope it´s only a temporary cloud problem or else it seems like i have to start over again. Now i´m afraid to reboot my Deck and risk loosing them through cloud update.

Steam was running yesterday, then at one point i had shelves. Removed them.
Then i noticed my favorites in list are gone. It even says i have 0 favorites.

The sharedconfig, that i read is for the library categories, was last changed days ago. So no idea why or how that happened.

Same issue here. Just installed windows again, still have collections on old laptop, but on new PC it's all toast.

Yeah this is not good. Just installed Steam on a new handheld device and none of my collections are present, just the standard "Uncategorized" where all the games are. What gives?

i think that we should wait for couple days, categories stores in steam cloud, so if we ll make new collection, there may be conflict bettween them
