Sounds like someone already has at least partial control over your account, you need to secure it first.

3. Change passwords from a clean computer

5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Ok I knew from the start but that right there should have made it clear its a scam.

Account blocked but then not yet blocked? It's one or the other. Both can not be correct. If they can't get their so called facts right on something that is supposedly so important how can you believe what they say going forward.

I reinstalled windows from usb driver, logged out all unites and changed all passwords. Seems to work. Thx for help ❤
