EA Play and Steam refund issue :BF2042

I pre -ordered BF2042 and refunded after launch as everyone know how bad it was.( played like 1hr).
After launch when patched arrived tried with EA play for 2hrs
After few months(july) I used EA-Play to try it out to see if something has improved : played like 5hrs.
Total play time so far is 8hrs (7hrs EA play and 1hr Steam)

On Nov 22nd I wanted to get the game and try it out: played like 10mins and it still sucks

Total play time 8hr.10mins
Now steam thinks I played more than 2hrs

Any suggestions would be great

Well you did. Refund playtime is cumulative. You playing the game the first time before refund and then later with EA-Play ALL count for the 2 hour refund limit.
So yeah, you are 6 hours above the refund playtime limit.
Its not " 2 hours every time i buy the game again".
That would be ripe for abuse.

Today is 25 Nov 2022 and you are way beyond the refund limit of two weeks.

Refund requirement is less than 2 hours of play time AND less than 2 weeks since purchase. Both requirements must be met to be eligible. ALL cumulative time played will count.

I understand that but steam purchase total cumulative is below 2hrs and rest is EA play subscription

correct its been 2days I re purchased it and total time is below 2hrs ( not counting EA play time)

I have refunded in past without issue.Problem here is my EA play time is getting counted towards my play time.

Help tab, support, purchases, choose the game, have a problem.
Create manual ticket explain short and precise
with lines
what happened,
and ask for a refund.

Although the two week rule applies to the existing purchase date of the product, the playtime is totalled up altogether so it's not two hour per purchase of the same game.
