I need a refund on ark survival evolved

Ik ive played more than 2 hours ive played 5 hours but after that it got really boring i hated the game it was so simple it feels like a waste of my money and a waste of 5 hours cause i got really boring really fast. Can i still get a refund after 5 hours of gameplay cause it feels like the trailer is so good and such a good game to play with other people but in reality everyones just salty in the game. So again just checking if i can get my refund even after 5 hours of gameplay i followed all the other regulations for a refund

Each refund outside the 2hr/14day policy is considered on a case by case basis. So, it doesn't hurt to ask, however expect the answer to be no.

You are well over 2 hours. Yes they take it on a case by case basis, but 5 hours is too far over the 2 hour mark

It's pretty unlikely that you'd get a refund. They do occasionally give out refunds over the two hour mark, but five hours is stretching it.

Your reason for refunding isn't exactly the best either.
