Purchase Declined HELLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I tried to purchase counter strike global offensive, but then I get this error message saying my purchase has been declined. I tried to do it again and I get the same message. So I check my chase bank account and I find out that my transaction is pending. But I go back to steam and it has it in the cart still. Ive waited for a long time and still no response from the support team. PLZ HELP

What payment method are you using and exactly what message do you get when the purchase fails? Go here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/ Does it list anything about this CS:GO purchase under the "STORE TRANSACTIONS" page?

Information if your bank shows the purchase is pending (the bank is probably just holding the funds):

Why was I charged twice for my purchase or charged for a purchase that says it failed?

In both of these cases, when a purchase fails one of the banking fraud checks, your bank may place a hold on the funds for up to 5 business days. These funds will not be collected by Valve. Please contact your bank to see if they will release the held funds.

If you still see a pending charge after 5 business days, please contact Steam Support so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue with your bank.

Im using the credit card payment. I get the Purchased declined message . And if I go under the transaction It says transaction failed.
Why is the bank holding the funds?

There are multiple declined transaction messages and depending on which you may be able to correct it without involving Steam Support. You can try some of these suggestions to see if you can successfully purchase the game:

Sometimes deleting everything in your Steam folder except for your Steam.exe and SteamApps folder can correct transaction problem in the client.
Try an alternate payment method, if possible.
Simply try waiting a while longer. There may be a problem on Valve's end.

I just trid deleting everything besies steam appp and steam.exe and it says its updating is that normal?

Have you tried purchasing through a web browser or with another payment method? You may need to wait for Steam Support to respond (unfortunately it can sometimes take up to two weeks).
