Trade Invitations bug!

My friend sees new trade offers from me everytime he logs in Steam ...despite we ve completed all of our exchanges! He tries to cancel them...but he cannot... Plus I dont see any pending trades in my account.....Is there any way to fix it?

probably because he needs to either send or recieve a new offer.

Thanx a lot for your reply! But we dont want to make any other trade deal ...we ve completed all of our exchanges....How can he remove the notifications for these "offers" ... ?
