How do i highlight words to a black cover in steam?

Anyone know how could i highlight a couple of words in dark and when you touch it with the mouse you can see the message?

i think that's the "spoiler" thing in steam. You do

[ spoiler ] words you want black here [ /spoiler ]

Except you need to remove the spaces between the backets and words. You can hit the "Formatting Help" button near the green "Post Comment" button to see how to do more stuff like that.
