How to set up an auto-commenting bot for your profile?

I was just looking around and saw this-

it automatically comments every time a trade is made, but I was wondering how to set this up with time intervals instead.. so like it would comment every 5-10 minutes.

You are right, as I see now OP was specifically talking about profile, but I guess I just saw "trade" and made a stretch there. Thanks for the clarification. I appreciat that.
