Skyrim "Data" folder missing.
Trying to locate the fabled Data folder, but after sifting through several different file paths, it just doesn't seem to be there.

- In the G:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim directory, the folders I do have in there are:
DirectX10
DotNetFX
lex
Logs (empty)
Papyrus Compiler
Skyrim
VCRedist

No idea why it's like that. What do?

Have you looked in the Skyrim folder?

Do you have another steam library/folder on your PC and is Skyrim installed on another drive? Is Skyrim currently installed according to Steam or are we just looking at the leftovers from delete local content?

Ofc. All that's in there is "SkyrimPrefs" Confinguration settings.

There's 2 backups of my saves on 2 different drives, but that's it.
Skyrim itself is installed on my G drive, and I've not attemted an uninstall.
I can play the game fine and all that, via Steam, installed in the G drive directory I stated above.

-Update-
By fiddling with the attributes tick boxes in Properties, I can see that \Data\ is in the somewhere. Just a case of trying to make the ruddy thing visible.

-2nd Update-
Randomly pressing buttons has worked, issue now resolved.
