Ea play and steam
I have ea play i didnt buy it on steam but i do have ea play and im linked with ea on this account but none of the games show up nor do they say i have it

If you want EA Play on Steam, you must subscribe to it on Steam.
Is EA Play available on other platforms?

Which has less games on Steam than on EA's own platform Origin. Why pay twice?

Probably more to do with Valve wanting their fair sure. Wouldn't be fair to Valve if EA could sell it on their site and then have Steam bear all the costs of downloading and managing it without ever paying steam a penny

For the same reason if you buy games on Origin you don't get a license to use it on Steam.

In general buying stuff at one stores doesn't give you carte blanche to involve other random stores or platforms you'd like. I wouldn't expect that to change any time soon either.
