You should contact support about what you witnessed.
1. Navigate to the D:\Steam\tenfoot folder so you see all the files you want to delete.
2. Type "cmd" in the adress bar, and hit return. A black command line window should open.
4. Type "del /F /Q *.*" and hit return. The "/F" switch is supposed to ignore the read-only state of the files.
5. The files should be gone after a while.
If this doesn't work, the disk might have some file system corruption.
1. Right-click the disk "D:" and choose properties.
2. Choose the "Tools" tab.
3. Click the button that checks the disk for errors. (the one at the top of the tab).
4. It can take time, but when ready try deleting the files again.
Run a disk check.
A full one... you know the one... it takes hours.
