Didn't receive my twitch drops

I have had my twitch drops collected for months now, but I didn't receive any items in my Steam inventory, twice support told me as long the items are collected in twitch and the account is connected the issue is not from their side. the drops are Rust game drops, I have 2 steam accounts one with rust purchased and one without rust purchased, I had both accounts connected with twitch and neither has received any drops items at all.

Well contact Twitch then. This is Steam and have no control over things they don't own.

I contacted twitch and they told me to contact steam it's not an issue from their side, wish I mentioned in my post

thankyou, this actually helped, I followed the steps and I'm hoping for the best it's stuck at CHECKING FOR DROPS... for now so it might take a bit, facepunch had some useful info and unfortunately they said if u don't claim in 90days the drops are gone...mine are 3months-4months old so will see if it works..
