8Bitdo SN30 Pro Controller being recognized as a PS4 controller

Ive been using this controller for months, and it used to show xbox buttons for everything I played. Recently I was playing Moonlighter with this controller and it was showing xbox icons like usual. Then one day I boot up the game and its suddenly showing ps4 icons. Same for other games as well. In the "general controller settings" screen in steam I can see that its being recognized as a PS4 controller. I wish I knew if steam was originally recognizing the SN30 as an xbox controller, but i never had any reason to navigate to this screen before. I can deal with this, but Id much rather go back to the xbox icons. Anyone know how I can change it back?
