Call of Duty Franchise Collection Price Problems
When I try to buy the Call of Duty bundle, it has the price of €95,75 in the store. But when I put it in the cart, the price goes up to €115,83.
Then when I try to buy it, it tells me that I already own Ghosts & Black Ops III, plus some DLC (which I do).
How come I can figure it out that I already own those games, and adjust pricing accordingly, on the storefront, but not in the cart?

Hey. I'm from Russia. There is a similar problem. Wrote already in tech support on this issue, answered that the problem is in the subscriptions of the game. It's a pity, but I so wanted to buy a collection: (

Same here! I just posted about it because I'm trying to reach Steam Support but its almost impossible to reach them for general purchase questions. I only need 3 games to complete my collections but it keeps adding on a 4th, Black Ops 3: Zombie Chronicles, to my cart...i don't need it, i already have BO3 and it never tells me I need that on the original page. I just want my 3 missing games for 27.51!!! Adding on BO3 brings it up to over $40. I sent Steam an message only thru a "problem with a game" path...there's no "other" or "general question" option!!

What does Activision have to do with Steam and its pricing issue?

Activision set the prices of their games on Steam. They are responsible.

The answer is Steam support: "You are right, you actually already have Call of Duty: Ghosts and Call of Duty Black Ops III on your account, which was not originally offered for purchase, but the essence is that Call of Duty Duty® Franchise Collection includes Call of Duty: Ghosts - Gold Edition and Call of Duty®: Black Ops III - Zombies Chronicles Edition, which differ from your existing Call of Duty: Ghosts and Call of Duty Black Ops III.

I understand your dissatisfaction because of this misunderstanding, but the content of the kits is set by the publisher of the game and, unfortunately, the Steam support service does not have the ability to change them.

If you have any other questions, we will be happy to assist you. " (the text was translated by a google translator)

Publishers set the prices. Pricing issues go through them. ALL the time.

Well I'm a happy customer. Franchise bundle said I only needed WWII, WWII Season Pass and MWR Variety pack for a total of 27.XX. Add to cart and my total went up to $41.XX because it was now adding BO3: Zombie Chronicles for an extra $13.XX. Since there's no "General Inquiries" section to contact steam I just used the option to send a message through an issue with a game. Told them how the bundle states only 3 games needed but kept adding a 4th and if there was anything they can do like refund the one game if I bought the bundle to complete my set. Didn't hear back so I bought the bundle. Didn't want to miss out on WWII and WWII Season Pass for $24. They got back to me last night and was surprised to read that they'll refund me the price of Zombie Chronicles. They just wanted to know if i wanted it refunded to the Wallet or original payment method. I thanked them and told them original payment only if it doesn't screw with the pricing or ownership of the other games since this was a bundle.. 20 mins later I got a refund for $13.XX and games are still fine in my library. Thanks Steam!
