Steam says I only own 8 games but I have 16 in my library?
I am trying to get level 10 and I saw owning 10 games gives about 100 xp and since I dont feel like paying a minimum of 5 dollars just to use 50c of it I downloaded some games and played them for a few minutes. I checked steam badges and it still says I own 8 please help.
