this is seen in many old games with bright light on grass or object , you need advance ingame option to turn off , its same with very old game that use voodoo, new card dont use those option or have them. you could say its game devs issue, but they could have laft the game, so its user own problem to solve it. and fiddle with the setting.
and even as Joke point out thirdpart app issue, is also possible.
