The current support system is ill structured. It's an affront to let this loose on a hundred million users when they have absolutely no other way to contact Valve staff. I mean, http://www.valvesoftware.com/email.php is nothing but a black hole, and there's no phone support.
Look at Netflix! You have phone support, and you get a live chat where you don't have to wait 10 seconds before you're talking to a human. But billion dollar company Valve can't even pull off a decent semi-automatic support system after 12 years of business. Shame!
For example, I just went on Purchases -> I have charges I didn't make -> Contact form.
Purchases -> Clicked on a game -> Clicked on I have a question about this purchase -> Contact form.
