Flash drives and steam
Recently I’ve started taking a class in our school’s “fancy” computer lab. We have administrator priveledges and steam is installed on the computers. Every Friday we’re allowed to load up any games that we own on the computer and have a free day.I was wondering if there was anyway that I could download a game onto a flash drive and skip out on the downloading part. Also I was wondering if I could save my save files to that flash drive the game I’m targeting more on with the save file question is Oxygen Not Included). Thanks in advance!

Download the game as normal, then copy the files on to the flash drive. You'll also want to copy the Appmanifest file associated with the game. To restore the game in subsequent days, close Steam, copy the files from the flashdrive into the Steam Library and then start Steam.

You could also make use of Steam's backup/restore function if you don't want to deal with manually copy/pasting.

For saves, either manually back them up onto the flash drive or use something like Gamesave Manager[www.gamesave-manager.com] to help manage the files.
