Is the time and date on your PC correct?

Try a different PC and / or web browser and report what happens.

I'm guessing that the CDN certificates aren't trusted in some web browsers.

My time and data is correct.
You can use openssl check this
echo | openssl s_client -connect cdn.steamcommunity.com:443 2>/dev/null | openssl x509 -text | grep -A1 "Subject Alternative Name:" | tail -n1 | tr -d ' ' | tr ',' '\n'

This not is cache
you can try open https://asm.ca.com/en/ping.php
and ping cdn.steamcommunity.com
verify the IP certificate with openssl

Neither Chrome nor Mozilla trusts such certificates...

It's returning results and its fine.

Just seems to be an untrusted certificate.

Bitdefender:

Suspicious connection blocked
Feature: Online Threat Prevention

chrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security certificate to cdn.steamcommunity.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since the used certificate was issued for a different web address than the targeted one.
