cdn.steamcommunity.com have a certificate error.
All cdn.steamcommunity.com ip certificate from a248.e.akamai.net.
This does not make https work

Is the time and date on your PC correct?

Try a different PC and / or web browser and report what happens.

I'm guessing that the CDN certificates aren't trusted in some web browsers.

Yes because the domain name of the certificate is incorrect.
All Browser do not trust this certificate.
