It has said this for over two weeks and I have absolutely no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue why.

Every request counts, not just those that are accepted. You get 30 invites a week.

If you wasted sending 30 requests on two people then that's on you. This is to combat agasint people spamming everyone friend requests for no reason. This is effective agsaint bots spamming everyone daily.

FYI there's no limits for getting/accepting friend requests, only sending requests has a limit. Also each friend request you send has their own cooldown timer, exactly 168hours / 7 days down to the very last minute, so make better choices instead of spamming people.

I sent two friend requests to two people... I never spammed anyone and it has been well over two weeks.

Ok sales guy with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 3rd party website in your name. You think it might be possible that someone else is spamming invites on your behalf because of that?

Probably someone else has access to your account?

Sounds like someone needs to secure their account.

How to secure your account if your account credentials have been compromised:

Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change passwords from a clean computer

Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Generate new backup codes
