Steam account stolen, i cant recover it by myself

Hello guys. I got into situation where my account was stolen by fishing site (yes, i am idiot it by bad) but i cant recover it because to write ticket to steam support... I NEED TO BE LOGGED IN ANY ACCOUNT BUT how can i login to my account if its stolen, i cant understand. Email changed, password changed, phone number deleted, it already used to send spam from my account and i think my invertory is empty already. I write to steam support from this account and waiting 24h already without response. Is it okay that someone can stole account for few seconds and then use it for spam and get noothing for that? And i cant even write to steam support without my account that its stolen, Very nice situation i think. I was using my account more that 8+ years, its gone and i cant even do something with that. Is this the end for my account?

Below are the usual steps, the first one is something you should do immediately to prevent changes further to your account.

Step 1. Self Lock your Steam Account.

Step 2. Scan your computer for Viruses.

Step 3. Recover your account.

If you have trouble, you can but it's not really recommended.. Input an e-Mail of yours that is not linked to a steam account, it will fail to find an account. Do it a second time and a link will appear to contact steam support. Be sure to provide ALL proofs of ownership you can so Steam Support can have an easier time assisting you.

Step 4. Secure your e-Mail.
From a known safe & secure machine. Change your password and check all of your security information on your e-Mail account to ensure it's your information.

Step 5. Secure your account.
When your account is granted back to you by Steam Support, read the following.

I already tried to lock my account and made all this steps. Can u understand, i lost access to my account, i cant do anything, i blocked it but what next? i cant restore password or something because email changed, and phone number deleted, i can only lock it using email link from steam. But what next? How can i restore access?

if its locked, the person who stole it can't make changes. you just have to wait for steam support to get back to you. if you provided sufficient proof of ownership to your account you will get it back.

I no longer receive notifications on my email, i just cant understand if account is blocked or no. i tried use links from steam emails but idk, how long block is active? i mean i got spam messages not from beginning about ~12h after, is lock down each 12h ?

when you self lock your steam account it is locked until you use your unlock code/url or steam support unlocks it.

the same happened to me just yesterday and i m so blessed someone reccomended me this thread , now i simply deauthorized my account , logging off from all devices and relogged into my devices , is that all required and i safe from all threats

Steam sapport recovered my account in next few days, i provided credit cards etc.
