Is it possible to sync Steam Accounts?

A while ago, I lost my other account; I forgot the username and the password and couldn't find it. So, I made this one and used it. It's a shame because I had quite a lot of games on my other one and now I lost them.

However, I recently found the old acount, my question is whether it would be possible to move/sync the games that I've got on this account onto the other?

Games can not be transferred.
You could use Family Share, but not all games can be shared, so your mileage may vary.

I don't get why people always want to create new accounts instead of recovering the old account.

I couldn't recover the account because it was registered to an email to which I forgot the password. I managed to get into the email yesterday, so I managed to recover my account

There are other recovery options...

oh, you already recovered it ... you could have also recovered it without any email. proof of ownership are retail cd keys and financial transactions, you mostly do not need anything else to help Steam support to find and give you your account back.
