In general game specific issues/questions are usually best served on their specific forums.
Chances are someone's had a similar experience than you, so make sure to search thoroughly first. THen post if you still get stuck. You could be the first, after all.

I really try my best with making sure my computer is up to standards. It either does really well when I don't expect it to, or vice versa.
I think I see why it does strange things like you claim, as that is WAY underpowered even for a lot of indie games.
But I guess you're aware of that. The problem that likely is causing the weird issues is that Intel graphics chipset. Those aren't support ed by many games, so when it does work for you, it's going to be all sorts of problematic.
