I think I found what was messing around.
It seems to come from the Nahimic app installed when you use the realtek driver provided by MSI.
I already read that some people had their problems solved by uninstalling Nahimic and I tried that without much success!
And finally, an idea I tried solved the audio problem.
Actually, I uninstalled again Nahimic (it had reinstalled when I uninstalled/reinstalled my audio drivers) in the Windows Program Manager then I thought of launching the "msconfig" command to see what were the servies still running!
And guess what? I found a service named "Nahimic service" still running under the "Service" tab. I unchecked the box, saved the changes and rebooted the system...and tadaaaa, sound has come back.
And the problem really comes from that service, as I made the serivce re-running and witnessed an audio loss again...
So this reply to my message as it may eventually help someone facing the same problem as mine
