Just select the open ticket and choose "Cancel Refund Request".
Then as again for a refund and this time choose the bank account as refund target.
If the refund was already approved and the money is "pending" then its too late.
The target can no longer be changed and the money will go to your Steam Wallet.
Once approved, they will send the funds. Refunds back to credit card, and banks transfer can take upwards of few business days to several business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday.
If you have a slow, or bad credit card, or bank transfer service it may take longer, as it's up to your credit card, or bank transfer company to process the incoming transaction, in some cases may take up to 45 days, if using a bad service.
Yes you can use the Steam wallet funds to buy whatever on Steam, but you will not get the option to refund to anywhere else but only the Steam wallet, if you refund something using Steam wallet funds only.
Steam Wallet Refunds
You may request a refund for Steam Wallet funds within fourteen days of purchase if they were purchased on Steam and if you have not used any of those funds.
