1. Click on "Steam" on the top left corner
2. Select "Settings"
3. Go to "In-Game"
4. From there, verify your "In-game FPS counter", you can select either "Off", "Top-Left", etc.
I do hope this has helped you
I know it is not Steam because it is not bold. It looks just like Shaowplay's counter...
And FFXV doesn't have a green FPS counter.
I found this thread: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1133668-how-to-get-rid-of-green-fps-counter-with-beeping-sound/
Apparently it might have something to do with Radeon's Anti-Lag feature. When Anti-Lag is enabled, this fps counter appears. I got an AMD Graphicscard and haven't seen that fps counter when Anti-Lag is enabled, though. I'm on 20.1.1.
Via CTRL+SHIFT+O can the Radeon Ingame Overlay be en-/disabled, but I don't think that FPS counter is part of that overlay.
OMG that's how it actually looks like on my screen!!! It seems that both of our fps copunter looks awfully similar, although I don't remember installing Shadowplay. How do I uninstall or disable this feature? I can't find this app anywhere on my PC
Nvidia Shadowplay comes with GeForce Experience.
